(More customer reviews)Dark & Day is a special mix of Harry Potter & Star Wars with unique characters with enough charm and creativity to stand on its own! It focuses on one boy, Jonothon Wyer, and his quiet life in the small town Polari (which is under perpetual Twilight). The story soon takes you on an adventure across the lush and rusty world of Dark & Day.
As you follow Jono on his adventure, it really feels like there lots of history and stories within the every new town and each, interesting new person he meets. You could say that the world is just divided into a Day side and a Night side, but every place is so rich and creatively created that the world is a character on its own.
I won't spoil the plot, but there is a lot there, with some great twists and character developement.
Great read for kids and adults, alike.
Can't wait for book #2!
