(More customer reviews)I'll attempt to be constructive about the price at the end of this review, but first, let me say that the translation is perfectly done. I enjoyed this book thoroughly in French, just as I had in English. Indeed, reading it in French gave me a new perspective on the book, and at certain points the translation, such as the name translations, represents the characters just as well (and in a more comical light) than those unfamiliar with the Latin bases of J.K.'s English names will realize. That being said, definitely pick this title up if you're looking to extend the magic of the series through reading it in French.
As for the price, $75 is indeed steep. But let me suggest this: order the title off of Amazon.fr or Amazon.ca (Canada). Depending on where you live, you will have to pay a decent shipping price, but I guarantee it will be less than $75. Enjoy!
