Keep in mind that those who make statements that are anti-Christian of this book, here and on other sites, mean that the power of God is working and there are some who are scared. This work is simply an alternative to other books, and while it may not be for everyone, stands on it's own merit through not only its Christian publisher but it's endorsers as well. For first-time author, Don Alexander, it is a testimony to his faith that he wrote a book for older children and gave readers alternatives for childhood imaginations than what is out in the mainstream and popular.
